I was walking innocently along Orchard Boulevard when this Lexus pulled out of the Four Seasons Hotel and was millimeters away from a brush with yours truly.

All right. Meters away. And a contact was not even in the equation -- this is a blog, after all.

Anyway. The Lexus had this Lexus Cup logo on its door. Now, I don't read much news, but I watch enough ESPN to put Lexus Cup and Singapore together.

Annika Sorenstam. 'Cause she's very much the only name I know from the event.

And sure enough, there she was. No better time to thank the Land Transport Authority for not allowing anything lower than 25% on rear passenger windows.

Aaand that's about it, really. Ms. Sorenstam's Lexus proceeded on its way, followed by about a dozen more Lexuses, and so did I. In my case, it was home. And no Lexuses.

Seen that King Kong trailer where he fights a T-Rex? I feel sorry for the T-rex, honestly -- he's not credited! King Kong has the whole poster for himself and there's no mention of T-Rex whatsoever. I guess they figured King Kong would be better than King Kong featuring T-Rex, despite the current fad in the music industry -- seems like everyone is featuring everyone else these days.

Or perhaps someone from Jurassic Park crew heard about the new movie being made and on impulse dialled Mr. Jackson's unlisted number. Hey, Pete, we have scenes of T-Rex we didn't manage to squeeze in. Want some? Maybe you can, I don't know, superimpose something on them? 'Cause you have, you know, more success with long movies?

It's 11 and I'm already sleepy, WTH?
