Well, not quite. But by now you should've been familiar with how we bloggers feel about dramatic titles.

If you've been an almost-nomad like me, this might not come as much of a surprise. Fate had it today that I came across an unopened box in my closet. It had not been opened since I moved into the new place -- not the current one, two places down the list -- years ago.

Inside were photo albums. The good ol' real photo albums. The sort you can physically touch and open, not just click on and stare at on your monitor. The photos were those taken between 1997 and 2001 -- just the time I moved into this new place at Clementi.

Here are some of them. BTW, I don't have a scanner, so I photographed them and did my best with Photoshop; pardon the qualities.

From 1997, when we tried to squeeze in 17 people into a KTV room meant for 7 -- see how cute Lala Bunny was? Still is

From mid-1999, when I was leaving for SG and had this farewell stuff with the guys from uni days

From end-1999, when we visited casinos for the first time -- for the record, I lost 40 RM

From 2000, when I first met (and immediately shared a bedroom with) Plug -- now mother of a beautiful lil girl

From end-2000, when I got a special visit from Ms. Ally Recile

From 2001, when I had the privilege of Izur's hospitality at the shortest notice

Good times.

While I'm at it, I might as well show you this, arriving a week after.

BTW, I made the payment through the online banking today. I tell you, one thing I learned about the ruling party -- returning to power last Saturday, of course -- is that they ensure it's easy for people to make payments.
