All right, I'm trying hard to refrain from using expletives here. But between missing last night's episode of Rock Star: Supernova, bumping my head so hard I think I lost my consciousness for seconds -- ask Pacarku if you're interested -- and clocking close to 20 hours a day -- no, I kid you not -- in a project not even mine, I can safely tell you what a long yet felt-short week it's been.

Oh well, at least I caught the live results show this morning. The only good thing about reaching home at 8 friggin' -- oops, that's the first and last, promise -- AM.

A warning: don't go on reading if you don't wanna get spoiled on which rocker went home.

From the quick recap, it looks like I missed a terribly good show last night. The originals were awesome, judging by what little footage they showed of each. I don't care much for Dilana's and Lukas' songs -- or perhaps that's the reality show bitch in me speaking -- but the rest were Magni-ficent. Sorry, couldn't resist.

I particularly like Toby's. And sure 'nuff, he got the encore. I agree with Supernova and Dave, instantly memorable. Dude's really got it with the audience for the last 3 episodes or so. In fact, I think he's the best in that department.

And that Croc Hunter's tribute? Nice.

BTW, not only have I just realized how short Dilana is, I've also just noticed how tall Storm is. I guess having a name like Large leaves you with no choice. Kinda like being a Bimo.

Magni performed with Supernova and frankly, I thought it was so-so. Actually, all Supernova's tracks so far I found rather all right, not very good. Kinda disappointed with the lack of guitar solos as well. I still can't see the Iceman fronting the new band.

In the end, as predicted -- albeit a week later -- Storm was sent packing.

Speaking of which, count me among those who were stunned to see Ryan go home last week. But I have this theory. I think from the beginning or at least a few weeks back, Supernova hadn't really thought much about having him as their lead singer. Then guy got only better and better and better as weeks went by. So, when he found himself in the bottom three, they quickly got rid of him. I mean, come on, with the way Mr. Star had been performing, slim chances he would be there again for the picking.

Brooke said in a week's time Supernova would choose their vocalist. Is that so? There are still four of them. Are they gonna eliminate three within one episode? Or I may have heard it incorrectly. Can't really trust someone who's just spent 22 marathon hours eyeballing source code after source code.

I'd better stop now. I said no expletives -- or just one, rather. I'm sticking to it.
